9. ## 2026-09-24
10. - Creator filed gitoria#2 (research: reuse custom-ide differ/codejar as a Hybriel component). Set up gitoria dev folder + honest CONCEPT.md (research only) + registry entry; gitoria#1 on hold (needs concept).
11. - antcolony Mission 026 verified (e2e 234, continuation brief checked for ident#2). Live batch started: ident#2, tickets#12, gitoria#2.
12. - LIVE batch 1 done: ident#2, tickets#12, gitoria#2 all PASS ($6.36). Architect deployed ident + tickets (all gates), wrote readable live test steps. Found: test steps unreadable one-liners, "ready to test" before deploy, trivial/answered questions -> antcolony mission 027. Decision recorded: shared components live in layouts.worldapi.org.
13. - Old gitoria container (crashed since the creator emptied its folder) removed. Its 4 hosted repos (hybrilior 18 commits, misant 21, mpackdb + bsondb empty) restored from the 02:00 backup tar into /CONTAINERS/projects/gitoria.worldapi.org/repos-rescued-2026-09-24/ before tonight overwrites the tar.
14. - Answered 4 needless worker questions myself (ident#18, tickets#17, #18, gitoria#3); creator only needs to confirm them.
15. - Creator: "why are there so many stupid questions" (gitoria#3). Filed antcolony ticket: controller filters questions (already decided / trivial / internal) before they reach the creator.
16. - BUG in live scheduler (pre-029 code): rejected QUESTION tickets treated as rework: ident#17 (built something), gitoria#3 x2, gitoria#4 x5 (edited gitoria docs). ~$1.50. Scheduler STOPPED (idle, nothing parked) until fixed. Also: my e2e run of 029 gave 150/57 fail (suspected port overlap with the live pool 8700-8759).
17. - Creator wrote first thoughts for gitoria (#1). Made worker-ready: gitoria CONCEPT.md (creator text verbatim + marked structure + open points), children #6 repos, #7 push/pull (on hold: transport undecided), #8 homepage, #9 browse, #10 tickets, #11 pulls, #12 releases (8-12 blocked by #6). Registry note updated. Ops for the architect later: wildcard DNS + wildcard cert (needs DNS validation) for *.gitoria.worldapi.org.
18. - gitoria#5 (research: git in Hybriel, created 21:54) was not picked because the architect stopped the scheduler at 21:52. Linked #5 under #1, #7 blocked by #5, transport decision quoted on #7 + CONCEPT.
19. - antcolony Mission 030 verified (e2e 320/320 with live .env present). #23 retitled (was mistaken for a question), ident#17 back to awaiting creator, gitoria#3/#4 got "ignore the worker comments" notes. Scheduler restarted 22:21: librarian filed 2 new creator texts, then started gitoria#5.
20. - 2026-09-24 ~23:10 creator to bed: "take the gitoria project forward without me". Unblocked gitoria #8-#12, confirmed wildcard cert + DNS exist, set a 30-min deploy shift cron.
21. - 23:03 gitoria deployed live for the first time (#6 repos with own address): vhost -> 127.0.0.1:45004 (+WebSocket, X-Client-IP), nginx reloaded (forgot the reload first -> 502, fixed), gates 46/46, all *.gitoria answer 200, container stable. Old .env chmod 600. Login needs the creator: register gitoria in ident + key/secret into gitoria .env. Registry: gitoria gets a live entry (deploy gate).
22. - Night shift 23:20: BUG found: lease expiry acted on a stale survey and pulled the deployed ident#19 out of the creator inbox (-> back to open, redundant 2nd session $0.23, no changes). #19 set back to awaiting creator; antcolony mission 031 fixes the race. gitoria #8 NOT deployed: gate failed because #9 is being built in the same folder right now (half-done code) - deploy waits until no session runs on gitoria. Rule for the shift: never deploy a project while a worker works in its folder.
23. - antcolony Mission 031 verified (e2e 330/330 with live .env present): leases end on any state change / colony-deployed, expiry+resume re-read the ticket before writing. Container restart pending until idle (gitoria#10 running). gitoria#9 built (ready), #8 ready; deploy waits for #10.
24. - Shift 23:47: gitoria #8, #9, #10 built (ready to deploy); #11 running now -> no deploy, no container restart this round. #10 needed 2 sessions (first report refused by validation).
26. ## 2026-09-25
27. - Shift 00:27: scheduler restarted with antcolony mission 031 code (compose up did not restart - needed `docker compose restart`). gitoria deployed with #8 homepage, #9 code browser, #10 tickets, #11 pull requests, #12 releases: gate 116/116, all pages 200 live, colony deployed -> awaiting creator. Open for the creator: gitoria ident registration (login), GITORIA_TICKETS_TOKEN for #10, #10 writes tickets as a technical user "gitoria" (tickets has no act-on-behalf) - needs a decision; merging PRs not built (question on #11); #7 push/pull waits for the creator to confirm research #5.
28. - Shift ~01:17: nothing to deploy. Real-browser check of live gitoria: home page renders (login button, "No repository yet"), unknown repo addresses show "No such repository" on /, /code, /tickets, /pulls, /releases; no console errors. Deeper live test needs the creator (login via ident).
29. - deploy.sh (ident) refused because of other sessions' headless Chromes (Anton's framework/social tests + an orphan from 02:14): check now counts only Chromes new since the gates began and not owned by a running node test (tested against the live process list). Same check copied to tickets/gitoria deploy.sh (identical block, syntax checked; first real run at their next deploy).
30. - 07:10 Creator added gitoria's ident key/secret; gitoria restarted. Live check (real Chrome): gitoria login button -> ident /signin/<rid> 'Sign in to gitoria.worldapi.org', no expiry error; bogus /login/callback -> 400, no crash. Full login (code + identity + callback) needs the creator.
31. - 07:15 Creator: repo "ident" refused ("'ident' is reserved for the system") - gitoria's worker had invented a reserved list with the creator's app names. Removed ident/tickets/gitoria/hybriel/antcolony/layouts/notes/calendar/tracker (technical names like www stay). gitoria gate broke on ident#20 (/code navigation) -> helper waits for ident's /code page + hydration. Deployed, gate 116/116, live container restarted with the new list.
32. - 07:20 Creator: "gitoria has no identity selector - why?" - #6 built only the Log in button. Filed gitoria ticket for <ident-selector> like tickets (scheduler builds it).
33. - 07:35 Creator gitoria#15 (full page load on repo click): answered - cross-host navigation, not a Hybriel bug; host.js bypass explained, proper webex routes proposed (nginx rewrite to /r/<slug>/...), waiting for go.
34. - 07:40 Creator: repo pages load weirdly client-side (host.js). Filed gitoria#16 (real webex routes, no host.js; nginx part by the architect); #15 answered -> awaiting creator (so the scheduler does not work it as a task).

37. - 08:30 Creator: gitoria still loads wrong; hybriel#74 done for 2h, go. gitoria#16 claimed by the architect (in progress), mission 001 (old 033) (Opus): re-vendor Hybriel from master (hl:web, webex gone per creator) + real webex/web routes, no host.js.

Filed hybriel#80; worker builds all other views server-side, git views keep the existing host.js path until #80 (marked in code).
41. - Watch 10:40: Anton took hybriel#80 (blocking run + queued pre-socket emit), after 12:00 -> then re-vendor gitoria and swap the git views off host.js.

Stopgap: quoted member '0' for * sub-paths until hybriel#81 (marked). -> awaiting creator.
46. - deploy.sh rsync has no --delete: stale host.js, components/home.hl, plugins/webex stayed on Byrodin -> moved to /CONTAINERS/projects/gitoria-stale-20260925/, restarted, pages 200. TODO: deploy.sh should delete removed files (careful: Byrodin gitoria folder also holds a .git, .claude, .gitignore not from Loreana).
47. - 12:05 Creator: gitoria "only ssr, spa does not work at all". Found: his clicks 11:53:20-29 were full loads right after the architect's container restart (11:53, stale-file cleanup) - socket cut -> POST fallback storm, then each click before the new page hydrated (~1.4 s to socket open) = plain link. 11:54:11-19 his browser lazily loaded code/releases/pulls components = SPA nav working. Headless live tests: SPA works (marker kept, content changes, also after socket close). Logged-in state untested. Lesson: never restart a live app while the creator is testing it; tell him before.
48. - 12:15 hybriel #81 (*path), #44 (sessionDomain), #58 on master (2fbfe195). Mission 001 (old 033) final step: re-vendor, *path instead of '0' stopgap, drop the last gitoria LOCAL PATCH (cookie Domain -> sessionDomain), add LOGGED-IN navigation gate check (creator sees full loads in Firefox 155; signed-out Chrome + Firefox 155 BiDi tests keep the marker).

Filed hybriel#82 (closed socket never reopened; Cloudflare drops idle sockets ~100 s).
50. - 12:30 Creator: gitoria SPA problem was the browser CACHE (fixed by devtools reload). Cause: hl:web serves client.js/app.css (and gitoria login.js) with max-age=86400 on fixed URLs; Cloudflare caches .js/.css too. Filed hybriel#83 (hashed URLs or no-cache+ETag).
51. - 13:06 Creator rejected gitoria#5 without a reason; the reason ('hl:proc ... fixed and merged, please remove the workarounds from the concept') was written 12:44 under the ARCHITECT account (creator still logged in as Architect from his inbox test) -> brief said 'no reason'. Session parked after ~3 min (no files changed), #5 on hold, scheduler restarted (no resume). Creator to repeat the reason from his own account + reject again.
52. - 13:10 CORRECTION: the brief DID contain the 12:44 comment (full ticket history at the end); my grep was too narrow (head -5). Stopped for nothing. #5 reopened with a pointer to the reason; new session s-20260925T1109-58c259, brief contains the reason (checked). Librarian ignores Architect texts only for DECISIONS; workers get the whole history.
53. - 13:28 gitoria#5 rework (research without the hl:proc workarounds: HTTPS git in Hybriel via stateless-rpc, only SSH needs an sshd container) deployed (docs only; gate 149/0), colony deployed -> awaiting creator.

Push needs the creator's access token (gitoria main page, logged in).
55. - 19:00 Creator worked his inbox: ident#17 answer -> ident#21 (logout event to all live pages, delete sessions at once), gitoria#13 answer -> gitoria#17 (merge button, dev clicks). Anton #88-#91 done on branches (gitoria transport workarounds can go at re-vendor).

60. - 08:10 antcolony Mission 037 done: components (132/0), calendar (76/0; LOCAL PATCH gone, headers=null; de/en/fr names live; #106 timer workaround gone; PWA still installable+offline), notes (42/0) DEPLOYED on master e6720b1f. gitoria ROLLED BACK to 13ef4f9b (new client pulls Firefox users back mid-navigation) -> hybriel#107 filed. Scheduler started. #94 blockers removed from components #4/#5/#9 with emit-based instructions.

Filed: ident#23 (public short id + migration mapping), tickets#21 (connect an app to a project), gitoria#18 (connect repo, #12 links both ways), hybriel#108 (embed another app's component). Order via holds: ident#23 -> tickets#20 -> tickets#21 -> gitoria#18 (architect opens each after the previous is live). tickets#20/#21 deploy only with the scheduler update for new states/roles.

72. - 14:30 antcolony#37 (3 report-fix tries) built; my e2e 352/0 + 46/0; restart waits for tracker#2's worker (running in the scheduler container). Creator note -> gitoria#20 (Add code box only on an empty repo's Code page, no collapsible).
73. - 14:55 gitoria#20 deployed (backup gitoria-backup-20260927-*.tgz; gate 184/0 on 8740-8748 — Chrome needs 5 ports; 200). Live Chrome: ident repo no Add-code on /, /code, /pulls, /releases, /tickets, /settings; empty bsondb repo only on /code, visible, no <details>. deployed + git. tracker#2 1st session: $6.53 work thrown away (no valid report) -> antcolony#37 restart still waits (tracker#2 running again).
74. - 18:10 BACKUP HOLE: backup.sh tars projects with --exclude-vcs-ignores -> everything a project's .gitignore lists is NOT backed up. Live gitoria had a stray .gitignore ("storage .scratch", copied by old deploys) -> gitoria's storage (git repos, accounts/keys/tokens, sshd host keys) was in NO nightly backup (0 storage entries in gitoria.worldapi.org.tar.gz). Moved stray .gitignore + .git to /root/gitoria-live-leftovers-20260927/; tar test now includes 669 storage files -> in tonight's 02:00 backup. Same cause lost the old tracker's posters (storage/posters). Other colony apps: no live .gitignore, storage in backup (tickets 530, ident 773, notes 12, calendar 17 entries). Other (non-colony) projects with .gitignore'd data dirs are affected the same way -> creator decides on backup.sh.
